Requirements

  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree
  • 1+ year of work experience
  • Graduation from a top-tier university, with excellent results (distinction average) (preferred)
  • Natural resources industry experience (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics (preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients (preferred)
  • Demonstrated passion for results (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure and to use visual tools when communicating insights (preferred)
  • Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous) (preferred)
  • Outstanding academic performer, dynamic, passionate, prepared to work inside clients’ businesses, and care about people and developing them (key competencies)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritisation and problem-solving
  • Working closely with other team members and client team members to collect/analyse data and provide insights
  • At times, taking on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden management experience
