Responsibilities

  • Guide each partner through onboarding and enablement phases, providing all necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Lead regular activities with partners, including business planning, discovering new opportunities, progress tracking, and ensuring goal achievement
  • Provide daily support to partners in business and technology development
  • Enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and help retain current customers
  • Enhance partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle
  • Make every effort to minimize churn and retain partners
  • Drive successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase the attachment rate of new services
  • Collaborate with all relevant departments at Acronis, including Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Management
  • Know Acronis products, understand Acronis’ key competitors and effectively communicate the unique differentiators ("kill points") of our products and solutions
  • Manage relationships with existing MSP partners in Israel to ensure high-quality support, foster their growth, and drive incremental revenue through effective use of advanced solution packages
