Requirements

  • Proven experience working with ANZ security and IT customers as a Channel / Partner Sales Manager, Technical Sales Executive demonstrating a history of success while working for a Tier I Cloud/SaaS company
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of strong industry experience and demonstrated the ability to think and act strategically
  • Experience with executive writing, speaking, communication, and presentation skills – small and large group presentations
  • Self sufficient organisationally, working with decks
  • Based in Sydney (remote position but requires regular attendance at in-person meetings and events)
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Australia, New Zealand and in future the ASEAN territory

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, and enabling strategic partners for Tines
  • Define growth strategy in region with insights from partners and regional colleagues
  • Focus on growing Tines’ business opportunities within the VAR/Reseller, and Systems Integrator partner channels, in addition to delivering co-sell programmes with alliance partners
  • Influence the number of partner-sourced opportunities/deal registrations
  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing and sales operations
  • Drive engagement, attendance and enablement at customer and partner events
  • Serve as the internal thought leader on all aspects of third party Go to Market within the ANZ partner ecosystem
  • Build deep business and technical relationships with Tines ANZ Partners through extensive knowledge of the environment and network in the industry
  • Drive individual opportunities forward in lock step with the sales and sales engineering teams
  • Develop holistic and strategic Partner plans with a select group of focus Partners
  • Inform the ANZ Partner Marketing strategy and execution through understanding of best practices with regard to “showing up” in the market through person to person marketing, events, and integrated campaigns
