About Wellist

Wellist improves patient experiences and health outcomes by offering personalized support tools for hospitals and healthcare systems. Its main product, the Consumer Navigation Program, helps patients, families, and caregivers access tailored resources and support services, including hospital-specific information and community-based assistance.
