Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Able to walk the property and handle repetitive physical tasks
Comfortable working in and around trash, odors, and waste
Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance: blow breezeways, pressure wash, remove cobwebs, dust handrails, clean light fixtures
Use reliable vehicle with tow hitch to transport mini dumpsters on-site
Haul dumpsters to and from the community compactor
Clean and maintain areas around compactors and trash rooms
Pick up loose and bagged trash
Clear chute rooms, dumpster areas, and perform other assigned duties
