Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof needed at time of hire)
  • Smartphone with data plan (required to use mobile app)
  • Reliable vehicle with a tow hitch
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (must list you as a covered driver)
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Able to walk the property and handle repetitive physical tasks
  • Comfortable working in and around trash, odors, and waste
  • Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance: blow breezeways, pressure wash, remove cobwebs, dust handrails, clean light fixtures
  • Use reliable vehicle with tow hitch to transport mini dumpsters on-site
  • Haul dumpsters to and from the community compactor
  • Clean and maintain areas around compactors and trash rooms
  • Pick up loose and bagged trash
  • Clear chute rooms, dumpster areas, and perform other assigned duties
