Responsibilities

  • Act as Manager on Duty when ASM and SM are not present
  • Learn and assist with all operational procedures and customer-related inquiries
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
  • Communicate the Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to customers
  • Support store leadership in communicating important updates to Retail Associates
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entry area, display area, and floor
  • Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates
  • Share expert brand and product knowledge with customers
  • Serve as a point person for store associate questions and relay issues to store leadership
