Responsibilities

Act as Manager on Duty when ASM and SM are not present
Learn and assist with all operational procedures and customer-related inquiries
Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
Communicate the Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to customers
Support store leadership in communicating important updates to Retail Associates
Maintain the cleanliness of the entry area, display area, and floor
Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates
Share expert brand and product knowledge with customers
Serve as a point person for store associate questions and relay issues to store leadership
