Candidates must be located in Nevada, be 18 years or older, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Previous customer service experience, remote work experience, strong problem-solving skills, and technological savviness with knowledge of Android and Apple devices are required. Applicants must have access to reliable internet and their own desktop or laptop computer with a working camera and microphone.
The Part Time Ibotta Care Agent will provide excellent customer service to users via email tickets, investigate issues within the Ibotta app by reviewing account information and customer emails, and problem-solve by reviewing Ibotta systems and customer accounts. Agents will also embrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values, work on special projects for leadership teams as needed, and act as an advocate for savers. They must also be able to attend remote training Monday-Thursday and work up to 25 hours per week, including Saturdays, upon completion of training.
