  • Availability for part-time schedule: e.g., Tuesdays 16:30–18:30 (Sept 30–Nov 18) for Elementary Mock Interviewer (Cupertino, 20 total hours) or shifts 17:00–20:30 (Oct 11–Oct 14) for “Think Cup” Event Staff (Los Altos & Cupertino)
  • Located in or able to work in San Jose/Silicon Valley area (e.g., Cupertino, Los Altos)
  • No prior event experience required

Responsibilities

  • Support Silicon Valley campus events (academic competitions, workshops, community outreach)
  • Assist with pre-event planning, vendor/venue coordination
  • Handle logistics, registration, guest services, room setup, crowd flow
  • Manage on-site operations
  • Perform post-event wrap-ups (feedback collection, reports, content recaps)
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns to grow attendance and enhance participant experience
