Advanced knowledge and understanding of promotions, discount structures and pricing

Solid knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce (account management, account maintenance, logging calls, building notes and contacts, recording and managing service requests)
Preferred: 4-year degree in Business, Communications, Ag or related field
Preferred: 3+ years of comparable Customer Service experience
Preferred: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities
Meet customer requirements and expectations including order entry, pricing and product inquiries, product availability, and reporting quality concerns
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with exceptional customer service and best in class telephone skills
Execute best order management practices in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ensure order life cycle is followed through to completion accurately and without entry and pricing errors
Demonstrate high standards of integrity, business ethics, and personal accountability
Build solid working relationships with cross-function business units with diplomacy and tact to gain alignment, satisfy customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement
Escalate issues timely for efficient resolution
Always maintain a positive representation of the company
Act as the liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing
Own customer accounts and manage all aspects of the customer support process
Identify trends related to process issues and make recommendations for process improvements
