Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
  • Connect with customers, help with technology challenges, have casual conversations, and showcase services and products
  • Reduce customer financial anxiety by determining personal and business financial needs and pulling in experts to guide customers
  • Ensure compliance with all audit, security policies, procedures, Bank policy, and Federal regulations
  • Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs, rotating based on customer needs to improve the retail experience with fewer handoffs
  • Learn and share knowledge of Capital One products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward financial goals
  • Showcase digital capabilities in the physical space, navigate mobile and online experiences using branch laptops and iPads, and educate customers on other banking channels and products
  • Work as a team player with banking professionals, inspiring and being inspired by teammates
  • Research and answer customer inquiries using various tools and channels to enhance retention and engagement by recommending appropriate solutions
  • Travel between branches in the assigned local area and support the assigned market
