You need an EMT-Paramedic with active license in North Carolina or Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT), plus PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
Candidates must have 3+ years of field clinical experience, with pediatric or non-traditional paramedic roles like critical care or community paramedicine preferred.
This role requires travel to members’ homes or wherever in the community members are, in response to acute and episodic needs.
You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of an interdisciplinary team including APPs, nurses, navigators, pharmacists, psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists, using an integrated technology platform.
Strong candidates have strong critical thinking, excellent communication, effective collaboration skills, ability to build trust through clinical and social impact, and experience navigating multiple technology platforms; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
