You need an EMT-Paramedic with active license in the state of Texas, and/or Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT), plus PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
Candidates must have 3+ years of field clinical experience, with nice-to-have experience in pediatric patients or non-traditional paramedic roles like critical care, primary care, tele-health, community paramedicine, mobile integrated healthcare, emergency room, or value-based care.
This role requires travel to members’ homes or wherever in the community our members are, in response to requests for acute and episodic medical, behavioral, and social needs.

Strong candidates have an active paramedic license, required certifications, 3+ years of field experience (especially pediatric or non-traditional roles), a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, critical thinking and communication skills, ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, tech proficiency, and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
