Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing search and push campaigns on Google Ads, ideally with some experience in video, display, and app campaigns on Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions enhancing campaign performance
  • Well versed in scripting and automation, with proven ability to conduct robust A/B tests to optimize search strategies
  • Proven track record in managing large budgets and developing effective campaign strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable in an international setting
  • Innovative thinker with a track record of initiating and leading strategic marketing projects
  • Fluent in both German and English

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (SEA, video & display, App), with a strong focus on SEA
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to the German market
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams, data teams, designers & copywriters, and other Paid Acquisition Managers
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to increase acquisition
  • Take ownership of paid search projects and tactical initiatives, driving lead acquisition for SMEs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Allocate and manage a substantial performance marketing budget, focusing on maximizing customer acquisition across all campaigns in Germany
