Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have a minimum of two years of paid search experience. Expertise in all aspects of Google offerings, including Pay-Per-Click, Google Display Network, YouTube, Gmail, and Google Play, is essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Google Search, Display, Mobile, and Video, as well as knowledge of DV360 and/or Paid Social Media. The ideal candidate will have the ability to strategically evaluate opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
The Paid Search Manager will be an active participant in program kick-off meetings, providing historical knowledge and new insights for success metric benchmarks, landing page content, and persona profiles. They will develop budget and strategic recommendations for the Media Strategist, set up campaigns by developing keyword lists, creating Ad Groups, writing ads, setting up targeting, and creating GDN and YouTube segments. Responsibilities also include working closely with the AdOps team to ensure tracking is in place, creating Google Suite/Bing strategy slides, pulling Google Suite reporting and providing analysis, and constantly monitoring Google Suite performance to implement optimizations. Additionally, the role involves creating A/B landing page and/or ad copy tests and researching new offerings in the Google Suite space to push clients to test.
