Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-platform performance: set up, optimise, analyse, and report on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads campaigns across markets and languages
  • Implement AI and automation solutions to maximise efficiencies and identify process improvements
  • Own end-to-end A/B testing for CRO across ad copy, extensions, and landing pages
  • Maintain, enhance reporting dashboards, forecast impacts, and develop campaign plans
  • Set targets/KPIs, coach, and develop direct reports (junior team members)
  • Establish communication and best-practice processes within the team
  • Lead cross-functional, cross-channel initiatives to drive user growth and improve customer journey
  • Own and shape overall search strategy, integrating AI capabilities and expanding into new channels
  • Share advanced insights and foster a culture of shared learning across the team
