Requirements

  • Experience running large, successful direct response programmatic, video, display and CTV campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency, ideally across multiple markets and languages (experience with creative asset making is a bonus)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be a team player who leads and drives others
  • Customer-first mindset, understanding how programmatic advertising helps the end user
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable gathering actionable insights from data
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions, prioritise, take decisive actions, and execute freely to improve performance

  • Experience running app, display and/or video ads on Google Ads
  • Experience running programmatic mobile, display and/or video ads on a DSP
  • Proactive with ability to prioritise projects on impact with low supervision

  • Experience with scripts for Google Ads

Responsibilities

  • Own regional programmatic display and video campaign performance in line with growth goals
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of programmatic CTV campaigns by managing activation, monitoring performance, and providing regular reporting
  • Evaluate creative performance and work with the Creative team to produce best-in-class display and video ad content
  • Own the A/B testing process across landing pages, creatives, ad copy and more to improve campaign efficiency
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, contribute to team-based plans, presentations, and updates
  • Make full use of automation solutions, implement processes to maximise operational efficiencies, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations
  • Work closely with analysts to spot data issues and opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Work with other Performance Marketing channels to share insights, learnings, maximise performance, and uncover new opportunities
  • Build, scale, and execute programmatic campaigns using strategic, data analytics, and creative skills to optimise multiple accounts and drive global growth
