Requirements

  • Willing and able to lift, push, pull up to 95 lbs
  • Willing and able to stand for up to 8 to 12 hours
  • Willing and able to work in a cold environment (-10 to 55 degrees), wet/slippery conditions, concrete floors, outdoor weather exposure, and loud noise requiring hearing protection
  • Willing and able to operate production equipment (forklift, votator, box fill, box machine, raker, floor support, data collector, high pressure wand, etc.)
  • Willing and able to drive a forklift within 4 weeks in all plant areas
  • Willing and able to learn shipping processes, including short weights computer work and radio communication with truck drivers when filling in
  • Willing and able to learn EIM, computer, and inventory systems
  • Able to perform physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Provide government identification number for previous employment check
  • Meet rehire criteria (if applicable): 365 days since last separation and no more than 2 previous employments
