Requirements

3rd or last-year student in all engineering majors and/or science-related fields of study
Still an active university student (haven't attended graduation ceremony yet) as of 19th January 2026
Committed to do a full-time internship for 3.5-month/14-week (19th January - 8th May 2026), extended by 1-week to accommodate the Lebaran holiday
Have basic analytical thinking for insights-based decision-making and learning to use various data-centric and digital technologies
Born leaders who are passionate about making things happen
Have an external focus and a real passion for product supply
Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work
Have strong analytical thinking and skills
Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
Willing to be relocated

Responsibilities

Work with line engineers and multi-functional teams within the department to drive operation results and loss elimination for the site
Discover leading technologies which are world renowned
Engage in strong multi-functional work with other functions both internally and externally
Ensure the right product at the right place at the right cost
Work on at least one or two big projects with business responsibilities from Day 1
Focus on outcome-based projects
