Requirements

Part-time availability up to 30 hours per week, specifically 10pm-7am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Ability to stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food
Capacity to carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Commitment to acting with honesty, integrity, and leading with the member in mind

Knowledge of GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand Opening Look daily)
Understanding of how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club
Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked
Maintain the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris
Maintain display signage for all products, create labels, and apply merchandise sales tags
Ensure all product labels and price tags are clear and visible
Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures
Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns, and ensure a safe, positive environment for members
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily, execute promotional plans, maintain visible accurate signage, and keep the club clean and organized inside and out
