Responsibilities
- Respond to job leads by visiting clients' homes in our service territory
- Build rapport and ask open-ended questions to understand client needs
- Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions
- Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues
- Communicate internally with team members
- Other duties as assigned
