Candidates should possess the ability to quickly connect and influence the right people, be comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience, and manage priorities simultaneously. Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus, and fluency in Spanish, Polish, or Russian is required.
The Outreach Executive will generate leads by effectively engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local community outreach, maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs, prospecting and cold calling to prospects and new leads, nurturing prospective patients, collaborating with community relationship managers and other outreach team members to drive lead generation, maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects, capturing customer information and sales activity in CRM systems, acting as a point of contact for clinical and center teams, resolving patient concerns, and performing other duties as assigned.
