The RN works as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, collaborating with RNs, LVN/LPNs, Patient Care Technicians, Supervisor, Clinical Educator, Preceptor, Team Leader, Charge Nurse, and the Interdisciplinary Team.
Strong candidates meet RN CAP 2 criteria, can perform patient care coordination in hemodialysis settings, participate in education and quality improvement, and serve as preceptors while advancing in the Clinical Advancement Program.
