Requirements

Responsibilities
The Outpatient Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. This includes collecting and analyzing patient data, making treatment plan adjustments, assessing patient learning needs, administering medications, initiating emergency response measures, and serving as a resource for the healthcare team. They also document patient information, ensure correct laboratory procedures, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care outcomes.
