Candidates should possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree. A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience is preferred, and prior dialysis experience is not required as the company will provide training. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
The Outpatient Registered Nurse will be responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care for assigned patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. They will collect and analyze patient data, adjust treatment plans, administer medications, ensure proper laboratory procedures, initiate emergency response measures, delegate tasks to other staff, and monitor patient care staff. The nurse will also provide patient and family education and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
