Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care for assigned patients
Perform all technical aspects of dialysis procedures
Administer and monitor treatments according to the treatment plan
Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters
Document patient information in the patient record
Report significant information, changes in patient condition, or equipment problems to the supervisor
Assist in developing and following the teaching plan for patients and families
Assist with all emergency situations
Adhere to FMCNA Compliance Program and all regulatory and company policies
Promote and assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
Develop and maintain effective relationships through communication
Respond to and resolve customer service issues
