Responsibilities

Monitoring key portal customers' invoice uploads, status, and troubleshooting
Monitor and support invoice delivery issues on portals or Bill Trust site
Resolution of line by line customer account details on portal or spreadsheet for cleanup
Understand end-to-end of key assigned accounts and support all doc type resolution
Determine solutions for past dues, chargebacks, and unapplied cash
Reduce collector workload to focus on proactive billing and billing error resolution
Support stabilization of billing process, including improvements or automation
Maintain lower past dues and invoice errors for portal accounts
Build capacity for additional support on credits, debits, and chargeback resolution
