Requirements

  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and senior business leaders
  • Expertise in designing future-ready organizational models integrating human-centered design and digital transformation principles
  • Proficiency in organizational strategy and design execution, including structure, governance, process redesign, and scalable models (e.g., matrix, networked, agile)
  • Strong data analytics skills, including use of dashboards and portfolio tracking tools for organizational health, talent optimization, and capability growth insights
  • Experience in designing and building custom tools, AI-powered knowledge solutions, methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
  • Knowledge of change enablement, engagement strategies, and adoption acceleration for enterprise-wide proficiency
  • Application of human-centered design principles to reimagine work experiences, streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and decision-making in hybrid environments
  • Organizational effectiveness consulting expertise for team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and operational performance
  • People leadership skills, including influencing teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and elevating leadership capability
  • Talent strategy advisory experience in workforce/succession planning, competency modeling, and talent programs
  • Business acumen to interpret P&L drivers, market trends, and customer needs
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days per week (hybrid model) within reasonable commuting distance from office location

Responsibilities

  • Architect, enable, and advance enterprise Organization Design & Effectiveness (OD&E) capabilities as part of the Center of Excellence
  • Drive enterprise transformation by building organizational agility, aligning structure to strategy, and developing human and digital capabilities
  • Partner strategically with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to design future-ready organizational models for growth, innovation, and efficiency
  • Champion integration of human-centered design and digital transformation into workforce strategy, blending human, digital, physical, and virtual experiences
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to activate organizational strategies, including structure, governance, and process redesign
  • Implement scalable, data-informed organization models aligned with business priorities
  • Leverage data analytics, dashboards, and tools to generate actionable insights on organizational health, talent optimization, and capability growth
  • Design and build custom tools and AI-powered knowledge solutions to curate, manage, and scale OD&E access; deploy engagement and change strategies
  • Provide expert consultation to business leaders on team effectiveness, leadership alignment, operational performance, collaboration, decision speed, and engagement
  • Influence and lead a team of COE partners, executive leadership, project teams, and HRBPs; provide mentorship, coaching, and thought partnership
  • Influence workforce and succession planning, competency modeling, talent programs, and partner with HR COEs
