Requirements

Responsibilities

The Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead and manage change management efforts for large, complex, global IT transformation programs, continuously strengthening the OCM community, and driving go-to-market strategies. They will be responsible for designing and developing service offerings, building and managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and contributing to thought leadership while also leading and mentoring other consultants and ensuring quality and profitability on engagements.
