Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Change Management efforts for large, complex, global IT transformation programs/projects.
- Provide program delivery leadership at a senior level.
- Continuously strengthen and develop the Organizational Change Management (OCM) community.
- Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal creation and sales presentations.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, anticipating market needs and developing new solutions.
- Design, develop, and sustain WX service offerings for change management.
- Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements.
- Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
- Contribute to WX thought leadership and new tool development.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of consulting experience at a senior level (required).
- Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top-tier consultancy.
- Proven track record of successful business development across the sales cycle (pipeline management, RFP/proposal creation).
