Responsibilities

  • Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • Create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction with direct supervisor; interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions impact the team in which they reside
  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing
  • Good understanding of cash applications, applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and processing from payment receipt to finalization
  • Work in rotational shifts (may be required)
