Good understanding of cash applications, applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and processing from payment receipt to finalization
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
Conduct day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions
Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes
Oversee processes from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing
Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
Investigate, resolve, and troubleshoot unidentified and unapplied cash items
Match debit and credit transactions
