Conduct freight external compliance validation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies
Work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction
Generate and analyze reports on order processing, transportation, and collections to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide translation and interpretation support as needed, facilitating effective communication with partners in Japanese
