Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally as a team lift
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Compiles store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed
  • Gathers merchandise to ensure proper placement into totes or boxes
  • Loads totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines
  • Performs general housekeeping to clear working areas and aisles of debris
  • Follows routine assignments requiring problem resolution for the distribution function
  • Matches daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods
  • Enters data for ins and outs to ensure picking and packaging tasks are completed
  • Cross-trains in other warehouse responsibilities
