Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google programs (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience (preferred)
  • Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry
  • Ability to bend neck/waist, twist neck/waist, and squat
  • Ability to type, use mouse, and sit/look at a computer for long periods
  • Regular hand use for various tasks
  • Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
  • Ability to receive/inspect submissions, use a sharp blade, and retrieve submissions from packaging
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Onsite work in Jersey City office (full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type
  • Match, count, and check items
  • Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility
  • Enter items and print stickers
  • Sort all orders by return carrier service
  • Verify order correctness and completeness
  • Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label
  • Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order
