Reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed
Ability to prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong customer/client-focused mindset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google programs (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience (preferred)
Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry
Ability to bend neck/waist, twist neck/waist, and squat
Ability to type, use mouse, and sit/look at a computer for long periods
Regular hand use for various tasks
Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
Ability to receive/inspect submissions, use a sharp blade, and retrieve submissions from packaging
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Onsite work in Jersey City office (full-time)

Responsibilities

Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type
Match, count, and check items
Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility
Enter items and print stickers
Sort all orders by return carrier service
Verify order correctness and completeness
Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label
Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order
