Receive fuel requests via email or phone and confirm details with clients

Arrange fuel deliveries with preferred carriers and confirm successful completion
Quickly resolve logistical issues and recommend alternative solutions when needed
Work closely with Supply, Accounting, and other departments to keep operations running seamlessly
