Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles
Previous experience in receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse environments is a plus
Bending and twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting
Computer use: Typing, mouse work, and prolonged sitting/computer use
Hand use: Regular hand use for various tasks
Hearing requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
Receiving and inspecting submissions: Ability to receive and inspect submissions, including using a sharp blade
Sitting or standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type
Match, count, and check items
Typing/Printing LOO/LOAs (Loan Order Documents/Loan Authorization Statements)
Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility
Enter items and print stickers
Sort all orders by return carrier service
Verify order correctness and completeness
Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape, and attach outside labels
Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order
