Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office (Salesforce, iScala is an advantage)
Experience in Customer Service
Customer-focused mindset

Supportive attitude with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

Responsibilities

Create order confirmations in the ERP system and send them to customers (via Salesforce)
Maintain daily contact with customers and suppliers via phone and email
Handle customer inquiries and modification requests
Handle customer claims (e.g. missing or damaged goods, delivery delays, returns)
Collaborate daily with Sales Application Engineers/ Logistics associates/Invoicing associates/Finance department/Area Sales Managers
Create and send purchase orders to suppliers
Enter new customers and new items into the ERP system
