Requirements

Associate’s Degree in a scientific discipline OR High school diploma/GED with 2+ years order entry or project management experience, or combination of relevant education and experience
(Plus) Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline
(Plus) Experience in biotechnology or a comparable life sciences environment
(Plus) Familiarity with ERP systems and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, D365, Smartsheet, Zendesk, and HubSpot

Responsibilities

Review client project specifications to validate the defined product offerings and required services for accurate order processing of Plasmid (pDNA), mRNA, Nanoplasmid, Custom Protein and DNA/Protein Off-the-Shelf products
Prepare detailed quotes and conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to verify the accuracy of project details and associated costs
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, including tracking, contributing to specialized projects, analyzing reports, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries
