Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in a scientific discipline OR High school diploma/GED with 2+ years order entry or project management experience, or combination of relevant education and experience
  • (Plus) Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline
  • (Plus) Experience in biotechnology or a comparable life sciences environment
  • (Plus) Familiarity with ERP systems and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, D365, Smartsheet, Zendesk, and HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Review client project specifications to validate the defined product offerings and required services for accurate order processing of Plasmid (pDNA), mRNA, Nanoplasmid, Custom Protein and DNA/Protein Off-the-Shelf products
  • Prepare detailed quotes and conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to verify the accuracy of project details and associated costs
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, including tracking, contributing to specialized projects, analyzing reports, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries
