Responsibilities

Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club
Drive club performance, particularly for directly managed departments
Perform all OMNI functions (BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club) and lead Omni team members
Establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding member experience
Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Deliver results by executing business expectations within timeframes, setting clear expectations, and ensuring accountability
Support team member engagement, policy/procedure application, and compliance across areas of responsibility
Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look and maintaining a clean, organized club
Guarantee service excellence through all member contact points and empower teams to resolve concerns
