Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club
  • Drive club performance, particularly for directly managed departments
  • Perform all OMNI functions (BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club) and lead Omni team members
  • Establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding member experience
  • Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
  • Deliver results by executing business expectations within timeframes, setting clear expectations, and ensuring accountability
  • Support team member engagement, policy/procedure application, and compliance across areas of responsibility
  • Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look and maintaining a clean, organized club
  • Guarantee service excellence through all member contact points and empower teams to resolve concerns
