Availability for part-time schedule: 2 to 3 days a week, 6am to 11am, including weekends
Ability to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list
Proficiency in using handheld scanner (RF) devices to verify merchandise counts and update locations
Capability to operate equipment
Knowledge of digital initiatives: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Commitment to club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to act with honesty, integrity, and member focus
Understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Responsibilities
Pull merchandise from a pick list using a handheld scanner (RF) device
Verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations using handheld scanner
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner
Work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Support flawless execution, accountability, and team collaboration
Ensure a safe, positive, and clean environment, including maintaining the OMNI Space, bin storage, and GOLD club standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand opening look)
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and deescalate issues
Communicate problems with merchandise or orders as needed
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while embracing inclusion and diversity
