Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Use handheld scanner (RF device) to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
Operate equipment as needed
Work within all digital initiatives as an Omni Experience Ambassador (BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club)
Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner
Utilize handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise
Communicate problems and escalate concerns as appropriate
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean)
Maintain GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look
Maintain a clean and organized environment in the OMNI Space
Organize member orders in bin storage based on gold standards
Regularly clean and maintain storage bins based on safety standards
