Requirements

1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures
Well organized and ability to keep deadlines

Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
Ability to work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with hands for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

Responsibilities

Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
Creation of compliance labels using POS system
Applying compliance labels to all products
Confirming products’ unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers
Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests
Picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery
Working closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations
