Responsibilities

Directly track and update orders by department each day
Notify teams of latest changes to orders (e.g., material change)
Ensure that any production bottlenecks are resolved in order to meet customer deadlines
Prioritize orders by department
Verify that orders on the production floor match the production schedule
Ensure that teams are aware of changes to orders to ensure that they are fabricated at the highest quality standards per customer deadlines
Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products
Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues
Uphold strict standard operating procedures (e.g., how to identify high priority orders) and lead by example
Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecks
