Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities, experience with HR processes and best practices, proficiency in data migration, integration, and reporting within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus, and experience with Agile methodologies and UAE labor laws is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits, provide guidance on best practices, conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, support data migration efforts, create documentation, troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules and customizations, configure workflows and business processes, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, generate and modify reports and dashboards, support HR operations in alignment with UAE policies, and provide Arabic interface support.
