  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related field
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business or technology consulting
  • Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred (SAP / Workday Retail may be considered)
  • Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM is an advantage
  • Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM)
  • Good communication in Thai and English, verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Participate on design, development, testing and delivery of Oracle application solutions for Accenture clients in various industries
  • Capture functional and technical requirements from the client
  • Translate business requirements into Oracle requirements identifying the best solution
  • Responsible for Oracle HCM development, its customizations and deployment of the solution
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) locally and remotely
  • Lead the analysis and design in the HCM area (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labour), close cooperation with the client’s business teams
  • Understand the business requirements, capture functional and technical requirements, translate them into the Oracle HCM Cloud module requirements and integrate requirements with other functional and technical teams
  • Design processes and prepare the solution Blueprint for project implementation
  • Configure the system, test the solution with users
  • Provide user training
  • Support cutover and stabilize the solution, provide post go-live support
