Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related field
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business or technology consulting
Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred (SAP / Workday Retail may be considered)
Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM is an advantage
Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM)
Good communication in Thai and English, verbal and written

Responsibilities

Participate on design, development, testing and delivery of Oracle application solutions for Accenture clients in various industries
Capture functional and technical requirements from the client
Translate business requirements into Oracle requirements identifying the best solution
Responsible for Oracle HCM development, its customizations and deployment of the solution
Work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) locally and remotely
Lead the analysis and design in the HCM area (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labour), close cooperation with the client’s business teams
Understand the business requirements, capture functional and technical requirements, translate them into the Oracle HCM Cloud module requirements and integrate requirements with other functional and technical teams
Design processes and prepare the solution Blueprint for project implementation
Configure the system, test the solution with users
Provide user training
Support cutover and stabilize the solution, provide post go-live support
