Responsibilities

The Senior Program Lead will be responsible for shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions to key clients, overseeing the delivery of complex ERP transformation programs, identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, and ensuring consistent delivery of services on time and within budget. They will also mentor and guide consulting teams, coordinate relationship building activities, and take accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins at assigned key accounts.
