Responsibilities

The Oracle ERP - Finance And/Or SCM Lead Consultant will take on a key delivery role in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions, functioning in a functional and/or workstream management capacity on large-scale transformation programs. They will operate across different phases of the consulting lifecycle, including requirements analysis, functional design, process design, and fit-gap recommendations, through to deployment and business readiness support. This role involves shaping and selling Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges, actively contributing to the definition and creation of Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions. The consultant will play an important role in shaping and identifying new business opportunities, managing and supporting proactive Oracle proposal development, focusing on the Infosys Consulting value proposition, and assuming the role of a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Oracle Applications within relevant industries. They will also coordinate relationship building activities across teams on each client engagement and collaborate with Oracle ERP colleagues in a multi-geography, hybrid delivery environment to ensure successful client outcomes.
