Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the application lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Lead and oversee HRMS and Payroll processes, including Hire-to-Retire activities such as Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations
  • Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12+ and HRMS modules
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides
