Requirements

  • At least 15+ years of history delivering and selling consulting and technology services
  • Senior level resource with problem-solving skills to diagnose client’s unique needs and identify gaps with Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Skills in Oracle Cloud with working knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
  • Executive presence and existing relationships with client CxO and SVP level positions at Canadian companies
  • Experience attracting new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong Oracle client relationships
  • Experience delivering complex solutions for large clients on Oracle technologies in a Delivery Executive / Delivery Lead capacity
  • Experience working in Global Delivery model leveraging onshore and offshore workforces
  • Business Process acumen in areas like Recruiting, Employee Management, Labour Relations, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Health & Safety, Compensation Administration, Absence and Time & Labour Administration, Talent Management processes, and Learning Management

Responsibilities

  • Act as Delivery Lead on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, providing direction as the subject matter expert
  • Lead project team members throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure quality of work and deadlines are met
  • Work with the Cloud Implementation Project Manager to plan and schedule all functional and technical development activities to meet defined scope and milestones
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities to grow the HCM practice
