A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
Relevant experience within Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM – design, configuration, and development from projects or own industry experience
Broader knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem and the integration areas of Oracle applications with other modules and applications
Proven end-to-end experience in implementing a minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials/HCM projects and associated deliverables
Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements
Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic design and implementation of Oracle applications (Finance or HCM depending on your skillset) for a variety of clients
Develop and implement clients’ business requirements while recommending appropriate best practice solutions
Provide architectural oversight & leadership and technical guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and best practices
Support/Drive the growth and development of our Oracle practice by leading internal team activities, participating in our global network, and facilitating external client events
Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long-lasting, trusted client relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams to ensure successful delivery in an agile environment
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Stay informed of the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and related applications to ensure our solutions are innovative and up-to-date
