Requirements

  • Ability to ensure operations maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times
  • Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental-regulated environment and application of Health & Safety/Process Safety standards to execute key/critical GMP duties
  • Understanding of other area processes & their operational hazards and ability to react appropriately
  • Ability to monitor and collect data on equipment use and performance to anticipate potential equipment reliability problems
  • Ability to work with Maintenance and Technical Support to respond to potential supply upsets or equipment failure
  • Ability to contact appropriate help for problems or events (spill/deviation/incident) during processing
  • Ability to communicate to other shifts regarding the status of area operations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure areas appropriately support the execution of the production plan for the site
  • Perform Tank Farm operations, tanker loading/unloading, railcar loading/unloading
  • Carry out daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning duties on systems to ensure equipment and systems are in good operating condition and maintained in accordance with local and corporate regulatory requirements
  • Directly execute operations per SOPs and operational execution instructions to safely and compliantly support manufacturing of high-quality medicine
